This is the second time I have engaged Aaron to sell my property. The first time the market was buoyant and it took him just 3 days. With the depressed 24/25 market this took a lot longer but he turned up every weekend for the open homes and reported back to us each time. He constantly monitored monthly trends and kept us informed at all times. He never got pessimistic even when it was cold and raining and eventually he found what we were looking for, a cash buyer.
