Cameron showed an exceptional knowledge of both the market and in particular the marketing campaign to attract the right buyers for our property. He took the time to really get to know the property and its features. His knowledge of "todays" marketing was outstanding. Cameron was very prompt in always giving us both a written report of activity from the marketing and giving us verbal feedback after each open home. As a vendor the most important thing Cameron did was bring us an offer which although started lower he negotiated a price that we would find acceptable before presenting us the offer - this meant we were able to sign without the hassle of going back and forward.
