Gavin and his team were incredible. He explained the process and made it easy (it’s been 20 years since I sold a house). He was logical, practical and had an obvious passion for what he and the team deliver. The super organised Claudine, made sure all the admin was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend team Faulke to anyone. In the end we got what we wanted and done with the minimum of fuss. Thanks guys.
Gavin understood our needs, and really knocked it out of the park, he also made us feel our home was in great hands through the selling process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area! Thank you for making it seem effortless, when it really wasn’t. He also has a great support team who embody his values too! Keep up the fantastic work and small things too team, you all are simply the best!
Very well obvious that he knows so much with experience how to deal and provide the best deal. Show's he's passionate in the business to help people achieve their reality buying a house owning it and gladly call it home. Greatfull to Gavin Faulke and he's team. I would recommend him to anyone who wants his help to achieve the reality of buying a house.
From the moment we met Gavin he gave us confidence that we could sell our house. His enthusiasm was infectious and we knew we could trust him. He guided us through the whole process with ease and we had excellent communications with him and the team all the time. He helped us navigate through the whole process and he managed our stress levels expertly. We are very grateful to have had Gavin as our agent and could not have done this without him. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Thank you Gavin.
From meeting him at the first open home, Gavin was great to deal with. He explained the auction process to us and was able to answer any other questions we had and schedule extra viewings prior to us deciding this was the right house for us. The whole team were great to deal with and we can’t wait to move into our new home! Thanks guys 😊
We rang Gavin on a Thursday, by the Saturday he’d shown us through 5 properties and within the next week we had a successful offer on a great property. His advice in the offer process was great and we are thrilled with the outcome!
I found Gav to be really trustworthy and helpful through the auction for my new home. Gavs experience really showed during the auction, his advice helped me secure the house.
Gavin and Ihaia were top people to sell with. I really valued their honesty and support. They guided me through the whole selling process with integrity and sound market knowledge. Thanks guys for taking the stress out of selling my home. Sell with Team Faulke. Dedicated, motivated and professional.
The team of Gavin and Ihaia listened well and took their time to understand what we were after and our constraints. They went out of their way to present us various options, and we could see that they were not just about making a sale, but worked hard with us and the vendor to make sure we got a good deal. We'd work with them again, whether to sell or to buy property, and we'd recommend them to anyone who appreciates excellent service
Gavin has been a real pleasure to work with on our journey into a home. Highly recommended.
I found Gavin Faulke to be very honest and a very effective real estate salesman I would highly recommend gavin to get the job done AAA +++
My partner and I were first home buyers. We were pretty nervous about the whole thing, but Gavin and Ihaia were great in helping us through the process, providing us with all the information we needed, and were willing to be flexible when needed. They also provided support by being an effective conduit to the vendor, which helped a lot when some of the steps took a bit longer than expected. Would recommend, and they can look forward to some more business when it comes time for us to buy our second place!
