We would not recommend for buying let alone selling through this agent. Our experience with this real estate agent during this transaction was quite disappointing. Throughout the process, we found ourselves constantly chasing for updates and information, making the experience feel very one-sided in favor of the vendor. Communication was poor, to say the least, and at one point, we even had to initiate direct communication with the vendor due to the lack of updates from the agent's end. What was especially disheartening was the complete lack of communication from the agent prior to and on the settlement date. There was no attempt to connect with us or provide any sort of congratulations on our purchase. Surprisingly, the only congratulations we received came from the vendor themselves, with whom we have maintained contact. This raises serious concerns about the agent's earlier communication issues. In the end, actions speak louder than words. While we appreciate the vendor for making the settlement process a smooth experience, it's unfortunate that we didn't receive the same level of service and engagement from the agent. The lack of proactive communication and the failure to acknowledge our purchase in any way has left a rather negative impression of the agent's professionalism and commitment to their clients.

Gavin and his team are exceptional - extremely knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. The advice given to us was spot-on and we felt they did their utmost every step of the way.
