Chris is an extremely ambitious agent with very strong knowledge in Real Estate practices. He has a strong knowledge of the Karori house market. I would have to say that I found the whole process from selecting the agent to the final settlement to be one of the most stressful things that I have ever done so I do find it difficult to write a positive review on selling my house but that should in no way reflect on Chris who maintained his professionalism throughout. I would have been a very difficult client at times! The outcome in the end was great - the right person has bought the house.

Chris was very approachable and friendly during the selling process and kept us fully informed. Chris attracted a good number of purchasers and the property sold in approx 4 weeks. Chris got us a great price at approx $60K over GV. I would recommend his services for selling in the Karori area.

Chris is very approachable and experienced which is why we chose him as our agent. He has sold a lot of houses in the area so we felt we were in good hands. Thanks for all the work you did Chris with our property.

Selling my home through Chris was a very quick and stress free experience. All potential buyers viewed the property during two open homes and multiple good tenders were received. Chris and Debbie kept in contact throughout the process and were very professional in managing the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris.

Chris was very professional and a great communicator

I recently listed my house with Chris and have found the experience exceptionally smooth and well managed by him. He not only managed to display the house well, he closed the deal smoothly, at a price I was happy with, where two other agencies, including a high profile and high advertising agency failed. I am exceptionally busy day to day and Chris was able to work around my timetable, and be available when needed. Communicaiton was clear and accurate. I will undoubtedly recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Chris was up against some tough competition to win the listing of our home in Karori. His experience in our neighbourhood tipped the decision in his favour. Having made the decision to list with Chris we were impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and excellent communication. In our opinion he is an excellent agent.

My town house in central Kaori was sold by closed tender for me by Chris Day of PROFESSIONALS REDCOATS Ltd two weeks after going on the market, for a satisfactory price 5% above the Quotable Value. Preparation for the sale with Chris was speedy and straight forward without excessive expense on advertising. There were two "open homes" and after each occasion there was a written report with comments for each interested viewer. Throughout the transaction Chris has bee a prompt and helpful communicator. I am very pleased I approached Chris Day to manage this sale.

Chris was so great to deal with. Really supportive - no matter how many times I called him during a stressful time! He has so much market knowledge and was very calm and professional throughout the process. He got our house sold enabling us to buy our dream home. So glad we went through him. He is genuine and honest and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We were in a position where we had to sell in order to buy, potentially a highly stressful position for us. We hadn't been in the housing market for 14 years so felt a little anxious. Chris was both our agent and the agent for the seller, his knowledge and understanding of how things worked was thorough and we never felt any pressure from Chris to make the big decisions. Chris was relaxed in his approach, always available to talk or visit and to reassure us. We got our dream home and had a lovely, young family buy our home.

Chris was great to deal with. No BS, just hard facts and exactly how he planned to sell our house and achieve a great result for us!! In the end we had multiple offers up and above our own conservative estimates and left us feeling very happy with where the house sold at. Did exactly what he said from when we first sat down together!! Cheers Chris :)

Chris supplied a great marketing approach with minimal disruption bringing all prospective buyers together to view the property at once, this also encouraged competition. This resulted in a sale on the first days viewing and at a price at the top of the scale. I found Chris very professional and easy to deal with in relation to the property sale.
