I have sold a few houses using different agencies in the past and I would consider Alice to be the perfect example of going above and beyond. I was missing a few things for my house prior to the open home and Alice went out of her way to source them for me which is something I certainly did not expect nor have any real estate agent do for me in the past when selling a house. No problem was too big! Further to that Alice was a wealth of knowledge and more than happy to offer me advice and answer my many questions which was sometimes late into the evening!
