The tender process which they put in place worked very well for us and we achieved an excellent result at the end of the three weeks. Before putting our property on the market we approached three real estate companies (including Bayleys) for an appraisal. We First meet Lesley at the Open Home, We found her relaxing and chatty about the property concerned and generally approachable about the real estate market in general. Lesley followed up with all the information regarding the property and we had a easy purchase.
