I initially purchased this house through Lesley, she was very patient with me, showing me a variety of properties looking to cater to high needs and a modest budget. Keeping in regular contact with me post sale, after a couple of years decided to turn the home into a rental property, Lesley and Steve found me the best tenant anyone could ask for and helped manage the property whilst I lived abroad. When it came time to sell I thought living overseas would present challenges and my tenant still under lease. They found her a suitable alternative home and helped me achieve a higher than expected outcome price, Fantastic communication with a relatable candid approach whilst always being consummate professionals.
