Lesley was truly exceptional. We met her first at one of the open home days. We were first-time home buyers and had no idea about every step of the process whatsoever, or what to expect throughout the process. She was so helpful and kind, answering all our questions, ensuring us about the house quality, and even about the neighbourhood.
