Lesley, Steve, and Georgia were fantastic to work with. They made everything easy and were always there to help with any questions. They’re professional, friendly, and really know their stuff. We felt supported the whole way through and appreciated how smoothly everything went. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great real estate team!
This is the second time we have used Lesley, Steve and Georgia to sell out property and again found their knowledge and experience of the market top notch. We would highly recommend the team to anyone wanting to sell their property and would not hesitate to use them again for our next venture. Regards Rob and Brenda Milne
Lesley, Georgia and Steve have been outstanding from start to finish. Providing great support throughout the whole process. Will happily recommend to anyone selling. Thank you!
Lesley and the team from Sotheby’s have been great. They have maintained an excellent and regular line of communication. Throughout the listing and sale process they have kept us updated and informed in weekly meetings. When things became complicated due to changes in the market she worked with us to find a solution that worked for all parties. The result was that we sold our home and purchased our dream home for prices that worked for all parties. We couldn’t be happier with the effort and result we achieved with Lesley and the Sotheby’s team
Lesley, Steve and Georgia were absolutely brilliant, extremely professional, available and totally focused on strong results. We found the team to be proactive, honest and helpful. Lesley’s marketing solutions were effective, of very high quality and tailored to our home, showing true understanding of our properties features. We have already recommended them to friends.
Steve and Lesley made our purchasing experience easy. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.
We ended up selling in a very strong buyers' market to secure a property we really wanted. Right from the beginning Lesley, Steve and Georgia guided us seamlessly through that process. Starting with giving us sound advice on getting our property ready to be marketed, listed and finally sold! Based on their knowledge of the market, they always provided great advice on all aspects of not just selling our property but purchasing our new one. They gave us a feeling of strong confidence that we would make a successful sale even in the difficult economic climate. Lesley, Georgia and Steve always made sure we knew the next steps to be completed in the process and reminded us of the time line. They would spend unlimited time, sometimes late into the evening, in face-to-face discussions and explanations when necessary. As we had not been involved in this process for 25 years their interactions were paramount in clarifying our actions and pivotal in maintaining our morale. Along the way we enjoyed our dealings with all of them and we even managed to have a few good laughs in what can be a very stressful time. We should make mention of the written weekly marketing reports and oral feedback sessions in our home. We do not have a great understanding of social media and think Georgia may have been to the fore here along with her other regular postings. The open homes and booklets once again reflected the professional approach to marketing and engaging with potential buyers. We have already recommended Steve, Lesley and Georgia to people we know who are thinking of selling. We felt the whole of the Sotheby's Agency formed a support team in the background. From Toni and Charlotte to Glen we felt there was a team prepared to 'pull out all the stops’ to get the best results they could on our behalf. We would unreservedly recommend them all.
Steve and Lesley are very professional and easy to deal with. We got very quick response every time we dealt with them. Their communication and market knowledge is excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
Lesley is a fantastic agent. She was also available anytime we had questions, communicated the whole process really clearly and was supportive throughout what can be a stressful process. We have used Lesley and Steve to buy and sell in the past and we would use them again in the future.
Lesley has been a great person to deal with through the whole process, from initial contact through to unconditional on our house. She guided us providing clear instruction and advice. She presented her thoughts for our situation, giving us room to think and process through to an ultimately very quick sale. A few hiccups along the way but Lesley was sublime in coaching and leading us through. She has a great manner calm, clear and very patient with us. She comes highly recommended by us and we can only say thank you very, very much Lesley.
We met with five different agents before we decided to work with Lesley and Steve. We were impressed by both of their attention to detail, clear communication and professionalism. They advised us on presenting our home to make it shine and ensured the marketing materials stood out from other agencies. Our house looked amazing! Lesley and Steve were beside us through the whole process, supporting, answering our questions and providing reassuring guidance and advice which was appreciated at a tricky time in the market. Our house sold faster than we were expecting thanks to all their hard work. Ngā mihi ki a kōrua, sincere thanks to you both.
Can’t thank this team enough, they stuck with us over the years, answered our questions honestly in such a turbulent market and finally got it sold! Lesley was always quick to respond and nothing was ever a problem. We have, and would again, refer them to others without hesitation.
