In short, Jaime was born to sell property. She has a unique knack of seeing beyond the dollars into the hearts of the people who are selling their beloved homes, and understands the emotional element of moving on. This is the X factor, although Jaime has many other impressive qualities such as truly loving her job (and being a workaholic!), a good good grasp of the market but most importantly the ability to articulate the facts into an easy-t-understand message.
