Upon retirement we decided to leave Auckland and move to Masterton. We had been looking for the perfect home for ourselves when we came across 52 Sussex St. It was beautiful and we loved it but unfortunately hadn't sold our home in Auckland. We kept in touch with Jamie and decided if it was meant to be ours then it would be there when we needed it. Sure enough we sold our home and moved ourselves south. We went to another open home to find it had an offer on it. Gutted but we thought we would give it a go and with the help of Ava who did the open home we went ahead and put in an offer. She came back to us that we had been successful, our offer had been accepted but there were conditions. Ava was absolutely professional and a gorgeous young woman to deal with in every way. We were kept informed as things progressed and things just flowed. We can't thank her enough for all she has done for us and appreciate that Ava is part of Jamie's team. We are extremely grateful and appreciative for all the help, guidance, care and attention we received as after 30years of buying our last home it was certainly a scary process made easy.

The Team went out of their way to help us find our first home. It felt like they really wanted us to find our perfect place and made sure to keep us in the loop with any and all listings in the area. If we were ever looking for another house in the area we would definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience with Jamie selling my house recently. The market was difficult and I suspect that my garden was too big for many buyers as well. Not only was Jamie always upbeat and positive about my sale but when I was ready to give up she wasn't and with a little more persistent got a buyer at almost what I wanted. To me this was a minor miracle but it was also a direct result of her tenacity. Add to this her sunny personality and a shared love of dogs making her absolutely fabulous. I would definitely use Jamie again if the need arose.
