outstanding work done by wayne in terms of communication and settlement however i would like to make a suggestion to the professional may be for future that might help them with more sales to add a welcome gift(i do not need any) that could include small stuff which makes a new home owner very happy as a gesture however the work done by wayne was just amazing, he was honest and i would definitely recommend him :)

Wayne helped us to find our first home after our landlord of 12 years gave us a 90 day notice. The service we received from Wayne was half way through our 90 day notice and he ensured that we had all information required in the shortest time frame.
