Where do I start, I found Wayne to be engaging and honest when answering a million questions fired at him. It can be very stressful when selling a house, but Wayne has a charm about him that makes you feel relaxed and at ease throughout the processes. We were always kept well informed with all aspects from the ever-changing market to advertising information and packages best suited to our needs, also what to expect with open homes processes and dealing with the follow on of feedback from the open homes. The information provided from the open home was extremely useful and we were very appreciative. We found Wayne to be honest with his communications which is great as you always knew where you stood at all times. Wayne was always professional and represented his company to the highest standard.
