Team Ledger are very professional and you can see why they are at the top of the sales ladder, always keeping us up to date with how things are progressing, very friendly, helpful and always there when we had questions, they made the whole experience very easy. Thank you Team Ledger.
I would like to thank Scott and Ann who helped us to buy our first home. Ann was so good in explaining us the process of buying a house, conditions and sales & purchase agreement. Ann also explaining everything in simple language instead of using the formalised terminology written on agreement. Your team is amazing Scott👍👍👍
Had a great experience working with Team Ledger to get our property market ready and sold. They offer a top notch service, and really helped present our place in its best light so we got the result we wanted. Would recommend using them to anyone wanting to sell their place.
Team Ledger provided us with friendly and helpful advice relating to the sale of our property. We were kept well informed and felt able to contribute at all stages of the sale process. We highly recommend Team Ledger because of their knowledge of the real estate market

The marketing of our property was excellent, great photos and videos, effective interactive tools, and the efforts made by the agents were great. Very responsive to questions and flexible when wanting to revisit the property. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
As a purchaser of a property at auction I was impressed with Team Ledger's support throughout the process. I received extensive information on the property, viewings as required, advice on the market (which proved accurate), and quick response to questions and requests. I appreciated how the team worked together to provide a high level of support. Communication was straightforward and open.
Going in to lockdown we were wondering if this project was a good idea, there was a great deal of uncertainty at the time. Mike and his team put forward optomistic arguments and we decided to run with a plan. A professional marketing package was produced and introduced to the world via many different avenues. Mike communicated well and remained positive, the team stayed on top of the marketing strategy adjusting it as needed. In a relatively short time we had an offer that was accepted. Our thanks to a truely honest and professional team that came up with the right result with minimal fuss.
Lots of thanks to Mike, whole process was nice and easy. From organising time to view property, helping with offer, prompt response. Thumbs up. Thanks treamledger.
Anne was an excellent representative for your company and assisted well as required. Thanks Ray
