Amazing team to deal with! Professional, great market knowledge, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to help us through the process. They showed us the best way to showcase our home and answered all of our questions we had, putting us at ease. The Ledgers made selling our home seem easy. Highly recommended!
I recently have purchased a property via auction through Harcourts. I have found the whole auction experience new and daunting. However, Tania, Scott, Mike and Anne have made my buying experience quite seamless and pleasant. They are a friendly, helpful and professional crew. Thank you.
We have had a very positive experience doing business with Scott. Scott was very knowledgeable about the market trends as well as the specific property that he was marketing. On top, he was quite friendly and approachable and seemed more than ready to help with questions. We never had to wait too long for a response to text or phone call. Thanks to Scott, we are proud owners of a property! Regards Nitin
Team Ledger work seamlessly together, they are effective and fabulous. We were very impressed with Scott’s approach to the appraisal and looking at the value of our home from a number of angles. We put our trust in him and the team and they delivered. Thank you so much.
Very helpful good knowledge of the area and an all round great team
They were awesome to work with and helped us out all the way through the process. If you're looking to buy or sell we highly recommend you get in touch with the team.
Team Ledger has a detailed knowledge of the Upper Hutt Market, provided sound advice both when purchasing and selling as to options and best for individual situation, friendly and helped us through the selling journey, overall a great experience and would recommend Team Ledger to others.
From our initial appraisal it was instantly clear that there was only one team that we wanted to sell our property, The Dream Team- Team Ledger! We cannot praise the team enough for there professionalism, pro-activeness and ongoing support throughout the entire process. As first time sellers Team Ledger made us feel completely at ease, particularly with the Auction process (it is totally worth it!). Thanks Team Ledger we will miss working with you!
The entire team were exceptional, we really felt the value of all the different people involved in the different parts of the sales process. We will definitely be listing again with them
From the first contact with Mike about looking at buying our first home Team Ledger were great. They were in contact with new houses, brought ones to our attention we hadn't looked at and guided us through the process right up until auction day where once again Mike was incredibly supportive and helpful. When it comes time to upgrade we will have no hesitation in engaging Team Ledger!
As a first time home seller (on behalf of my parents), Mike was able to gain trust, provide sound advise and follow through. the day of "filming" the property was done professionally by the Ledger team. Communications was clear, and concise with questions answers simply and direct. Thank you for the professional team effort.
Very straight forward transaction, great communication & excellent service A++++
