We liked Tony's approach from the beginning when he has done the appraisal. He won us over with his charm and his great sense of humor(awesome people skills). We had previous appraisals at a much lower value. Most agents look at the RV value and then they put a 40-50% over it and that's their simple math how they come up with a price for a house. As we know RV is a "council value" not a market value! Tony took a close look to our flat, at the investment what we have done to up do it and at different other details. He came up with a price which seemed over optimistic for many people, especially because our dwelling was a flat in a body corp but had many improvements compared to any other flats. Also he advised us how to present it and how to put in in the best way on the market on how, where and when to advertise it. Briefly he gave us the edge to sell our property for its best price. Without him we might have got at least 100k less for it. So Tony "Soprano" is the one who can make your dusty gem shine like a diamond. Before putting your house on the market give him a bell, end of the day what can you lose?! We got more than 100% over the RV!
