They were not costly but effective. 3 Although the marketing period was short, Tony clearly promoted this sale to a large number of potential buyers resulting in six tenders, four of which exceeded the upper expectation supplied in 1 above. 4 The accepted tender was about 10% higher than my expectation An incredible result.

We were the buyers, and Tony was acting for the vendors. He was easy to work with, and helpful when I had questions about the process. At the end of the day he wasn't acting for us, and his job was to get the vendors the best price possible. Nevertheless, he was easy to work with and we didn't have any problems with him. When we had a question for the vendor he relayed it quickly and got the answer back to us much faster than we expected.

I sold my property with tenants something I thought would be difficult but Tony is a master negotiator and made it happen on my terms, which is more than I could have expected. I also really appreciated the detailed updates on the property. Even throughout the Covid-19 level 2 restrictions, he remained on to it, speaking to his professionalism.
