We had a somewhat unusual selling experience. Unfortunately, due to the market, our house didn’t sell within the timeframe we needed, and it eventually came off the market. However, Nicholas had built such a good rapport with one of the interested buyers that, months later, the buyer contacted him again and a private sale was arranged.
