We chose Nicholas to sell our house after reading all of his fantastic reviews, and from the get-go, we could see exactly why he comes so highly recommended. This man truly lives and breathes real estate and works incredibly hard. He was always available to answer our calls and questions personally, and it was clear throughout the whole process that he genuinely cared about us as sellers. We had a somewhat unusual selling experience. Unfortunately, due to the market, our house didn’t sell within the timeframe we needed, and it eventually came off the market. However, Nicholas had built such a good rapport with one of the interested buyers that, months later, the buyer contacted him again and a private sale was arranged.
