Professional, efficient, effective - on another level
This was the second property that we had sold with Nicholas as our Realtor, and once again, Nicholas tackled it with his usual efficient, effective style.
Firstly, we went through the property together and discussed items which needed to be remedied prior to sale.
Then Nicholas advised on the best campaign type given the property type, area, and price range.
The staging company that Nicholas uses, Spacefully Yours, are the best staging firm that we've ever seen. The lady running it is an interior designer and it shows. No cold, clinical setups here, instead it feels like an (immaculate!) real home.
Nicholas also makes an in-house video walk and talk through the home which is extremely well made, and it shows. There is nothing else like this level of promotion elsewhere.
With the advertising campaign up and running, Nicholas provides an online portal showing the number of parties who came to view, which parties were interested, along with concise descriptions of the parties, and how serious they were. This is invaluable for busy professionals who do not have the time for lengthy telephone calls after each open home. And Nicholas always followed up each open home with a phone call providing feedback of how it went.
After a 4 week campaign, the property sold at auction in a buyer's market.
Best of all, not only is Nicholas highly efficient and effective at his job, but he is also warm, genuine, and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend highly enough.
