It was a very long journey for us, almost 1 year to get things completed. Charlotte was paitent with us, she made the effort to show us all opportunities for our journey moving forward. Charlotte was a great agent for the sale of our house, she worked hard to get potential buyers, and communicated well with us, she always arrived early to appointments to ensure the house was presented well for buyers, which was always a concern when you have a full house of family in the home, that rooms are tidy etc, but Charlotte would go the extra mile and check everything was presented well, we felt she had great knowledge of both the market and her companys's business, we were happy with the end result, and the sale was completed with ease.
