Charlotte was a great agent for the sale of our house, she worked hard to get potential buyers, and communicated well with us, she always arrived early to appointments to ensure the house was presented well for buyers, which was always a concern when you have a full house of family in the home, that rooms are tidy etc, but Charlotte would go the extra mile and check everything was presented well, we felt she had great knowledge of both the market and her companys's business, we were happy with the end result, and the sale was completed with ease.

We bought the property on 5 flannery road. She completely miss led us. We signed chattles in the contract. Despite doing that we did not receive. When I involved the solicitors I got to know vendor never wanted to do so and she lied to me. Despite written signed contract we remained with nothing in hand. Big big disappointment. Would not reccomend to anyone since she lies and you can not have a broker who lies.
