Well Kirsty was a well armed agent everything went well she even liked my coffee (but thats another story) .Kirsty is the master of professionalism paperwork always spot on always kept up to date with whats going on with the sale etc.Even my lawyer said (her paperwork was always without any mistakes) We had a deadline to sell and Kirsty said I will do it dont worry and she did.A most likeable and fun person we just loved her.Why go anywhere else!!!!

Nick explained the different sales processes both verbally and in writing and recommended we have a deadline sale. Each step of this was set out clearly. There were choices for how we would promote the property and a campaign to suit was selected. Nick then went into action and after 3 open homes we had 3 offers and were able to choose the one that suited best. A successful sale in a very comfortable time frame and NO problems. Nick has knowledge, personality and is very professional. I felt very looked after and was welcomed by Vicki and Jax in the office and Kirsty Winder. They really are a great team. Nick was recommended to me and I now highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
