Polite, professional and responsive
Kirsty was a lovely agent to work with while buying our home in Blenheim. She was always quick with replying and keen to help get our questions answered from the vendor's. She went over and above to obtain council information to allow us to go unconditional on the required date. Very knowledgeable about the current market situation and accurate expectations. House sale
After my brother's successful house purchase 3 years ago, I decided to approach Winder & Co to sell my home. Kirsty and Nick were good fun, easy to communicate with, very helpful, kept in touch and nothing seemed to be a problem. First impressions count
We didn't know anything about Kirsty, in fact had never encountered her at an open home. Did like the Winder and Co signage, thought it was clean and simple. So we meet Kirsty: being used to Australians we felt immediately comfortable. I'd have to say I liked that fact that she was not rottweiler-like in her approach. We both felt it was easy to be honest and at the same time there was humour. And pens. The company pens are the best. Kirsty, could I have another please? X

Super Impressed :)
We are so happy we chose Kirsty to sell our home.
