Tracey has been so helpful, from first inspection to settlement. She's always responsive to our queries, whether by text message, email or phone. She kindly arranged a private viewing for us (on a public holiday!) when we weren't available to attend one of the weekend open homes. She's also been really helpful with assisting us through the purchase offer process, as it's been twenty years since we last bought a house, so we were rather rusty!
