This is the 2nd time we've dealt with Jono and it is nice to not feel like a number or transaction. After our 1st experience with him, the texts at Xmas & anniversary of our settlement dates was a nice way to keep in touch. So it was a no brainer to go back to him to sell our home. Cannot recommend highly enough. Clear communication, great banter and rapport.
