We had a great experience working with Richard Hartles. He was very responsive from the start and always made us feel like we were his only clients. We really appreciated how much he cared about our situation and how he consistently reassured us that he was on our side and working in our best interests. One thing that really stood out was how respectful he was and that he never made us feel pressured. We had actually spoken to Richard the year before when we were considering selling, but at the time we were still unsure. He was very accommodating, applied no pressure at all, and simply let us know he would be there whenever we were ready. When we reached out again later and decided to go ahead with the sale, he was just as supportive as before. That gave us a lot of confidence that we could trust him and that he genuinely had our best interests in mind. Richard also showed strong market knowledge and strategy throughout the campaign. When we weren’t getting the level of interest we hoped for, he recommended changing from an auction to a priced strategy before the auction date. That change quickly increased viewings and ultimately led to multiple offers and a full asking price result. He was honest, respectful, and easy to deal with the whole way through. It always felt like we could count on him to be there when we needed advice or reassurance.
