Founded in 1985 by Michael Murray, the business is now led by his daughter Michelle Pearson (Managing Director), son-in-law Oliver Pearson (Business Manager), and son Nick Murray (Operations Manager). Today, WRE manages over 1,200 rental properties, representing more than $1 billion in assets under management. Our 18-strong property management team has an average tenure of over 7 years – providing rare consistency in an industry known for turnover. Many of our team are investors themselves, and some are tenants too – meaning they bring a grounded, practical perspective to both sides of the rental equation.
