After getting appraisals from several agents, I decided Aaron was the right person to list my apartment with. I was not disappointed. His marketing package was fantastic, and included great photos, a 3D tour and slick video. The advertisement was very well written, and emphasised every positive aspect of my apartment. Clearly the marketing package was successful, as there was always very good numbers through the open homes. Aaron also made himself available for private viewings. After each open home and viewing, Aaron would make contact with me to give me feedback. My apartment was only a one bedroom apartment, but I felt Aaron put the same effort into selling this as you would expect if you were selling a multi million dollar property. Despite it being a slow market, Aaron managed to get me multiple offers, and I was delighted with the result.
