Both Malcolm and Kay did an unbelievable job of selling my home, from helping stage the property with a lot of their own personal items, not allowing me to stress out when things didn't go as I had planned, advising me on the current market and how to maximize my situation. We had a very short build up to the auction (on Malcolm's advise)(3 weeks), lots of prospective buyers through the home and it sold at auction. As I was already overseas, Malcolm kept me informed every step of the way sending reports on the numbers through open homes, number of hits on Internet sites, and finally the auction process and what to expect.
