Our Guide Back to New Zealand

We were returning to New Zealand and the Kapiti Coast after 15 years away. We had a rental house in Raumati South to sell. She analyzed the market for us twice 6 months apart and patiently waited as we decided whether or not to sell. Once we were ready, she was quick to action and placed the house on the market, explaining the most basic of the steps to Kiwi home tender sale (because that’s not done in the USA.). She helped us understand the only tender made and guided our decision to move on past tender by outlining our pros and cons. She showed the house every Sunday, working with our tenant respectfully. Once a suitable offer was made, she worked with our lawyer to make a smooth transaction on Settlement day. Then she remembered everything we wanted for our future home and called us as soon as she put a choice property on the market. We eventually bought that house and she knowingly guided us into that purchase even though she was the seller’s representative. I have so much respect for Andrea and her careful, honest business practices.
