Grant was acting for the vendor while we were the purchasers. He clearly had the vendor's best interests in mind but from our perspective was at all times very helpful and communicative and did everything possible to make our move as smooth as possible. We had problems with central heating not working and Grant was proactive in helping resolve that for us.

Grant was generous with his time with us as potential purchasers from our first conversation. He allowed us to explore the property twice and get the feel of the place without once making us feel we were taking too long. He answered all questions in person and remotely promptly; he was honest about what he knew and didn't and followed up with the vendors when more information was needed. He handled our telephone negotiations professionally, representing the vendors and getting our 'best price' without making us feel pressured. I would certainly use Grant if I were selling a property on the Kapiti Coast.
