Supportive and strategic

All of the above. We felt supported from A to Z and felt we could trust her to be on our side, even though she is also on all the other sides, too, for the developers, tenants and buyers. That didn’t feel like a conflict of interest but more like amazing multitasking!

The perfect way to sell a house

We had a great experience with Urszula and team. A holiday in the middle of the sales process was a concern but it all went seamlessly. Great communication and timely updates made the 12hr time difference a non issue. House was sold before we returned with all paperwork undertaken from abroad. Very happy client and highly recommend to all.
