Haley and team made selling our home as easy as possible. Through Haley's genuine interest and understanding about us as a family she was able to help us navigate a quick and unexpected sale! Despite the short timeline we never got a sense of panic or stress, even when the weather wasn't conductive for photos - changing that seemed easy! The open and accessible comms with the team was a relief and made asking those random questions simple and acceptable. The level of detail we received post each open home was top notch and put our minds at ease as we navigated that process. Having offers presented was a pleasant experience and Haley never made us feel pressured to make a decision there and then. Check ins were a joy and we are sad to not have a reason to keep in touch now that the sale is all sorted! Cannot recommend Haley and the team enough. Haley made the entire purchasing process far too easy. From the first time we walked in the door, her no pressure approach was a welcome change for us. This was our second dealing with Haley and again we could not fault her. Haley is straight up which we appreciate and the whole process is completed with ease as she guides you through each stage. What can be a drawn out and complicated process felt simple. Haley comes across as very professional but is also very good at understanding each party's circumstances and supporting them through their journey to work towards their goal. Options at each step were explained and she would give guidance but no pressure. Communication was exceptional, any day of the week. We would instantly receive details of interest/open home numbers and feedback/purchaser progress etc. We could reach Haley anytime and she was always prompt with her replies. There was also the regular email from Bayleys with every interaction in relation to the property included, which was excellent to refer back on. You could see the work that was being done to follow up every possible sign of interest they received. You never felt like a number, Haley was on your journey with you. Would highly recommend, a great lady that went above and beyond.
