I met Alison and her team while browsing around open homes, and as I was wanting to sell my property shortly thereafter asked them for an appraisal and proposal to market it, and compared with proposals from other local agents. I highly recommend Alison. We sold our home through Alison and it is the second home we have sold with Alison. We did however both times do our due diligence both times and meet with three real estate agents to see who was the best fit. We found Alison was by far the most eager and engaging which was important to me as I felt if an agent does not try hard with the vendor they most definitely will not work hard with the buyers!
