Alison has been straight forward and accountable from day one, we didn’t talk much in the beginning, but i get a genuine feeling from her. Communication has always been easy. As a first home buyer, i dont have much experience with auction. Alison and Robert helped a lot on that, including arrange an auction visit for me. no doubt this visit helped me a big time, i ended up win the actual auction. Alison has given me the right amount of information, and lots valuable advice, never make me feel been pushed or anything. Alison is a professional agent with great knowledge of her area. She sold our house for us at a time when the market was unpredictable and sales activity had slowed right down. Its easy to praise an agent when times are good, properties virtually sell themselves and you exceed your price. We had very quiet open homes and one bidder at auction. Negotiations were tough and we did not get our price. We were not in a position where we had to sell but decided to press on with this one buyer. The deal was done and Alison was professional throughout. I would recommend her services highly.
