Tracey and Trevor were recommended to us by a friend who had sold several Tauranga properties with them over the years. We soon found out for ourselves that, as well as being very likeable people, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise (which they generously and openly share), backed up by their extensive experience of the Tauranga market. From start to finish Trevor, Tracey and their team made everything so easy for us, and they delivered a great result in a short time-frame in a difficult market. Their professionalism and care shows, and they are great communicators, so we knew what was happening every step of the way. There was never anything half-hearted about Tracey and Trevor's approach - we always felt they were giving 100% (and more on the odd occasion!) We are not usually ones for leaving reviews, but our experience of the service the East's provided exceeded our expectations in every way, and we do not hesitate to recommend them.
