David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He listened, followed up when he said he would and created an opportunity that was unique and solely due to his relationship building skills. David was pro-active, consistent and stuck to the brief for the kind of property we wanted. Literally nothing was too much for him, including door knocking and making an opportunity appear, that wouldn't have happened without him.
