Mike was awesome to work with during the purchase of our first home. We got the open home time wrong and we realized just as it was finishing. We called Mike and he kindly offered to wait for us to come. No question was a stupid one and he was really helpful. If he wasn't sure on something he checked and came back to us. He made the process of checking off our conditions easy. He worked in with the trades people we needed to do our do diligence. And liaised with the vendors promptly when needed. We enjoyed working with Mike and would definitely use him if we ever sell our home or are looking to purchase again in the future. We highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase a home.
