Smooth and efficient

We had an excellent experience with Nikki and her team, with a super-fast turnaround into our ideal home. She communicated quickly with the vendors and was extremely responsive to our questions. She took great care to ensure we understood what we were purchasing and supported us through the process. All the details were covered in initial responses which made it fast for us, our lawyer and mortgage broker. Friendly and efficient, we definitely recommend Nikki.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our rental property. Sarah was incredibly helpful leading up to the online campaign, helping with advice on staging to best present the home. She was very communicative and kept us well-informed during the short time we were on the market. Under contract within a week of going online, and sold within 3! Sarah made the whole process completely stress-free. Highly recommend!"
