Right from when I first telephoned Karl on 17 September , arranged first interview and second interview that day he was punctual, he brought the fullest information to retain his agency so I entered sole agency contract for services knowing costs, timings market realities; an appraisal report within 24 hours of retainer enabled me to decide on open market plan leading to auction sale; weekly reports after each open home weekend day gave me detailed insight into buyer interests....if I had any query he answered his phone promptly and worked with me to enable me to understand comprehend what "buyer" behaviours were saying about sale price potential ....ultimately this lead me into an auction on 22 October where I had to set a reserve price but overall strategy from beginning realised a sale price that was 10K more than my bottom line which I had formulated and hoped for myself ... it was a journey which I have not engaged in before and it worked well but it was Karls professionalism, his work ethic and his real estate current market knowledge that lead me to such a satisfactory conclusion.
