Fantastic communication and work ethic

Rahia has now sold 3 properties for us over 10 year period and we love her clear communication and her fantastic hard working work ethic. Rahia listens and advises and is a true professional who knows real estate very very well. The property she has just sold for us was in a trust with 3 trustees - 2 not in hawkes bay - and she kept everyone informed and up to date, gave advice about the local market and followed instructions fully when deadline sale offers came through. Rahia managed everything for us and made everything nice and easy, when I personally thought it could be quite difficult.
