Proficient, Professional,& Personable

We had recently moved down from Auckland and came upon Leonie at an open home in Hastings . That house did not suit us but another did that one of her colleagues was marketing. Because she impressed us I asked her if she could show us through which she duly did and how lucky were we. We liked this house and it suited our needs. We learnt that it had a conditional offer on it but was advised we could evoke the cash out clause which we did. This took a lot of time and strident negotiations, and here is where Leonie’s professionalism, patience and experience shone. Her high level of communication and her ability to listen resulted in the sale. Where at times it was difficult and we were prepared to walk away her open affable, warm and friendly personality saved the day. We would highly recommend her .
