Nathan came to discuss the best plan of action for dad’s house, he was very positive about the home and what we should do to market the place. It is a 1960 weatherboard home, a total doer upper and that was how he marketed it. He was very honest in letting me know there was no point in staging the house, nothing we did would make it look renovated.
