Kelvin is very professional in what he does. He communicates just the right amount, keeping you informed every step of the way. He is prepared to go the extra mile when needed e.g. liasing with tenants, asking other tenants to move cars, meeting people out of normal hours etc. He has good knowledge e.g. of ground leases, which was essential for our sale. And this makes him come across as trustworth. He's everything you'd hope for in an agent.

When you don’t sell your property often it’s important to have someone who doesn’t use jargon and terms that you don’t understand - Kelvin showed us respect by explaining the process to us in terms we could understand which meant we could make an informed decision on which approach to take with the sale of our property. Shelly met us on our second open home and service has been outstanding. She's ready to show you the open home whenever suits you (before first open home/after work/weekend). Not many agents do so.
