Laura was recommended to us by another agent we trusted. This was not a mistake. When we first met Laura she came across as genuine, approachable and honest. We had met around 4 other agents at this stage, and decided to run with Laura. We knew she didn't have as much experience as others but as Rookie of the year we thought she was a great option!
