A splendid journey

It’s was July ‘23 and we were seriously considering selling our home. We had heard great things about Jaime from locals in the Wairarapa. We had also come across Jaime when viewing other homes years before. From what we had heard and seen, Jaime was the ideal choice. When first reaching out to Jaime, she sat with us, discussed our home, the current market and other stuff. After a few days we received a full appraisal but it was what followed that was really important. Jaime knew our circumstances but didn’t apply any sales pressure at all. When we’re ready her team would be ready. Sure enough, 6 months later and we were finally ready to go to market. Jamie and her team were ready and came back to us with clear planning, opinions on viewings (all which mirrored our undisclosed thoughts, which was a real bonus). Throughout the viewings, Jamie and her team kept us fully informed through phone calls, messages and a weekly marketing update. Big shout out as well to Eva who was always available via a call or messages and Franceen, who kept us abreast of potential purchaser developments in weekly reports. After an acceptable offer was presented, there were still some headwinds to navigate. This is where Jamie and her team’s professionalism really stood out. Connecting with multiple agents, communicating the status of our sale and the shifting sands was a stressful time, but it was completed with a lot of hard work. We couldn’t have done it without Jaime’s team….and future vendors, neither will you.
