Being it was mine and my partners first home, we got approved. Finding a place was so difficult and the agents we were dealing with to help us find a place were just awful, lazy, terrible communicators. We had actually given up until a Sunday we decided to have 1 more look on trademe, and there she was the 3rd listing and we thought let's go look so we did, we were first there, early. Anita pulled up we drove in 10 meters and said this is home.
