As soon as we met Anita and Ian we felt at ease with the selling process. There was no judgements of what we would need to do to gain interest with lists of jobs, instead they encouraged the effort we put into the home. No stress from the beginning. Once listed, every inquiry was discussed and shared with us, supporting us by sharing what was happening locally and with our own home. Their communication was beyond fantastic. Team Middleton, have great networking abilities, and with their other listings encouraged additional people through our doors leading to the eventual sale- even when we thought it would never happen. Anita and Ian have become friends through this process and we recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

I am beyond glad that I chose Anita and Ian to sell my home. They were incredibly easy to talk to, down-to-earth, realistic, and always upfront and honest with feedback from open homes and private viewings. Even while I was overseas for a couple of months, they kept in regular contact and made sure I was fully informed. They really listened to my wishes throughout the entire process and remained professional at all times. They adapted when needed and offered valuable advice based on their experience, so I always felt I was in very good hands. Anita and Ian truly went above and beyond in every way. The whole experience felt like we were in it together, and when the house sold, they were just as happy as I was. I would happily recommend Team Middleton to anyone. It’s wonderful to see that they now have an office in Oxford - the town is very fortunate to have them.

Being it was mine and my partners first home, we got approved. Finding a place was so difficult and the agents we were dealing with to help us find a place were just awful, lazy, terrible communicators. We had actually given up until a Sunday we decided to have 1 more look on trademe, and there she was the 3rd listing and we thought let's go look so we did, we were first there, early. Anita pulled up we drove in 10 meters and said this is home. Once we got up the drive and seen the house we asked Anita questions and she happily answered to the absolute best of her knowledge, we put in an offer there and then and from there everything just went, Anita made everything so smooth from her end and now we are in the house and we love it. We only wished we had found Anita sooner, her great personality, humor and professionalism is exactly what we needed, she actually cares and that's really hard to find as we went through many real estate agents and none of them cared like Anita, We also found that none of them listened to what we were looking for either so for Anita to understand was a breath of fresh air, she also said if we didn't get that property she would help us find our home so it was nice to have someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help us.

They call them Selves Team Middleton, and that is what they are, not just a good team but a Great team, from the first instal meet right through to the sale of are property, we found it a stress free process especially as we were building a new home at the same time as trying to sell. Every time we had a question or a need to talk to them about anything, they were always happy to answer there phone and help. I cant recommend them enough, we are very pleased that we chose Ian and Anita and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
