We knew Raewyn already and were already impressed by her service and dedication even before engaging her at Total Realty. We have been exceptionally well looked after. Raewyn was able to balance our needs with the needs of the tenants, the real estate agent and everyone else involved. Communication was second to none and it seemed like she was always available providing frequent updates, always with a realistic and positive attitude. After getting an appraisal from another agent and saw the costs involved, I thought why not give it a go myself. I realized that i really didnt know enough. I was walking past your office and popped in. Raewyn was there and I recognized her. So happy to help, she came around 1 hour later. After thinking I could give selling my home ago myself, I'm so relieved that I didn't. There is so much to know. Raewyn made it extremely easy and even when things came up, that seemed to me were massive, she assured me that everything was fine and she would sort out. She did. Nothing was a problem. It was a great experience and i came out with a big smile!

Cheaper than others plus we met Raewyn at an open home and she was so lovely I only wanted to work with her.
