Outstanding - trustworthy, informed and responsive

We chose Sam as our agent because of the depth of his market knowledge, his enthusiasm and ultimately because he was friendly, down to earth and we felt we trusted him. We were right! Sam gave us good advice leading up to the house going on the market and even made himself available when we were unable to meet a tradesperson. He listened to our concerns, and gave us wise thoughts on marketing. Throughout the process Sam's communication with all of us was excellent - he gave us plenty of notice of viewings, and regular feedback on potential purchasers' responses as well as any issues. He followed through on everything he said he would, and we know he worked hard throughout the tender process. Sam has continued to help us with post-sale tasks including liasing between us and the seller. While we didn;t see much of Ben because Sam was so attentive, it was great that he had Ben as a back up - it made life easier when purchasers wanted building inspector/tradespeople to come to the house. We appreciated all the Tommy's agents who took people through the house and their support. Overall, Sam did an outstanding job, he was a good sounding-board and we would definitely use him again and recommend him to other vendors. Thanks Sam and Ben.
