Sale of Deceased Estate

Linda handled the sale of a close friend mine who had recently died. I was acting as executor for the estate, but was based in Auckland, so needed an agent who I could implicitly trust to advise and handle the sale. The property was not in ideal shape for sale. Linda recommended a local company to clean the house and remove rubbish etc. She coordinated access with the company, who did a great job. Linda arranged for the photos, and we went to market. At the close of tender, we received 10 offers, which to say we were pleasantly surprised is somewhat of an understatement. The offer we accepted was the best, in the upper range of Linda's pricing. It was a cash offer, making it easy for us with a relatively short settlement date. Linda was great to deal with. Professional and always reachable, making my life easier to focus on other estate duties that I had.
